LEAP Nights Participant Waiver & Liability Disclaimer
By participating in any LEAP Nights event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and
agreed to the following terms.
1. Assumption of Risk & Safety Responsibility :
While LEAP and its organizers aim to create a safe and enjoyable experience, participants
acknowledge that attending LEAP Nights events involves inherent risks. By choosing to attend, you accept full responsibility for your own safety and well-being. The organizer of each individual LEAP Nights experience is solely responsible for all safety-related aspects. LEAP and its affiliates assume no liability for any incidents, injuries, accidents, or unforeseen circumstances that may arise.
2. Liability Waiver
LEAP and its organisers will not be liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings including but not limited to valuables, food, or other possessions. Additionally, , LEAP holds no responsibility for disruptions, cancellations, modifications, or any issues related to event planning, venue conditions, or services provided by third parties. Any concerns should be directed to the event organiser responsible for the specific LEAP Nights experience.
3. Third-Party Accountability
Each LEAP Nights event is managed by independent organisers. Any claims, disputes, or incidents related to an event should be addressed directly with the respective organiser. LEAP and its representatives are not responsible for resolving matters related to event execution, service quality, attendee experiences, or other organizers specific concerns
